Our Mission
The P.E.A.R.L.S. exists to empower young Black women ages 11–21 through mentorship, leadership development, education, service, and sisterhood—equipping them with the confidence, character, and skills to discover their purpose, lead with intention, and create lasting impact in their communities.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every young Black woman knows she was created on purpose, embraces who she is becoming, and confidently leads a life of purpose, service, and impact.
